As part of its educational activities, the company "Kikeon Elefsis" in collaboration with the museologist - curator of the exhibition Mr. Konstantinos Stoupathis and the Helmi Museum organize an exhibition entitled Terra Madre-Mother Earth which has as its main goal to present to the public Zakynthos public rare exhibits from around the world and Greece in the form of original photographic material, unique historical information, fruits, plants and seeds and to which we invite you with great pleasure.The specific objectives of the exhibition are to highlight the etymological approach, the historical origin, the folklore tradition as well as the disclosure of the real nutritional value of the main vegetable species. The exhibition will include microscopic observation and analysis of important exhibits, transmission constructions and correct understanding of the information provided.

All days of the exhibition there will be a presentation-tour of 45 minutes at scheduled times by a member of our company. It is clarified that the exhibition will take place from March 29 to April 8, 2017. Guided tours will take place daily at 11.00 am. - 2.30pm - 6.00pm - 7.30pm

The disclosure of scientific information by renowned speakers-experts on their historical, folklore, cultural and nutritional value will take place with the holding of a public information event to be held on Saturday, April 1, 2017. At the end of the event will be a certificate of attendance. A museological presentation of the exhibition and the exhibition in general will be made by the Zakynthian museologist and curator of the exhibition Mr. Konstantinos Stoupathis.
